3. As the flexural Strength of PVC (68-83 MPA) is much lower than that of FRP (140-250 MPA) hence for equal flexural load bearing capability the thickness of PVC sheet required would be more than that of FRP.

The Company offer Warranty on the basis of strict quality control Procedures. Following guidelines are used in testing of the specimen as per IS standards.
Density: the normal Weight of 1.10+0.15 mm thick plain sheet shall be 1.85 Kg/ Sq.m.
Glass Content: The glass content in the laminate shall not be less than 0.3 percent.
Bolt Shear Test: When tested as per IS standard the arithmetic mean of the loads at which it first appears shall be not less than 375 N.
Deflection test: The load deflection test is carried as per IS standard.
Barcol Hardness: Each sheet is tested for hardness by Barcol Hardness tester to ensure the rigidity.
Surface Finish: the sheets are tested for surface finish prior to dispatch.
