Technical Details
The raw materials used for manufacturing of cable trays includes

RESIN:-
Isopthalic Polyester resin is used for most of the general applications and FR- Grade Vinylester Resin is recommended for severe corrosive atmosphere, such as strong acids, strong alkalies, organic solvent sand halogenated organic chemicals etc.

Glass Reinforcement:
Chopped strang mat, woven roving & unidirectional roving. The properties of this material.

Water Absorption: 0.12 % w / w
2. Mechanical : Tenstile Strength: 700 kg / cm2
Flexural Strength: 1000 kg / cm2
Barcol Hardness: 40 - 45
3. Fire Retardant : Oxygen Index < 32
Time of Burning < 5 sec
Class : Low Flamability

Each section of tray shall be complete with necessary connector plate and hardware. The hardware conforms to NEMA FGI 1984, for tray system design, in addition to self-load following guidelines for design is considered. Support span: 2000 mm.

Cable load for:
150 mm width: - 30 kg / linear meter
300 mm width: - 60 kg / linear meter
600 mm width: - 90 kg / linear meter
750 mm width: - 120 kg / linear meter
900 mm width: - 150 kg / linear meter

In addition to this, 70 kg concentrated load at center of span with safety factor of 2 is considered.
